Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
Sgames respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, creators, and other copyright owners.
Our website provides access to a variety of browser games and related gaming content. Games, images, trademarks, characters, and other materials available through Sgames may belong to their respective rights holders or may be hosted, licensed, distributed, embedded, or provided by third parties.
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one and believe that material available through Sgames infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice using the procedure below.
Copyright Infringement Notice
To help us identify and review the material in question, please include the following information in your notice:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If available, please provide a URL or other information that helps identify the original work.

- A description of the material sufficient for us to locate and review it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please provide complete and accurate information. Missing information may prevent us from identifying the material or reviewing your request efficiently.
How to Submit a Notice
Please send copyright infringement notices to:
Email: [email protected]
We recommend using a clear email subject such as:

For example:

Please include the exact Sgames URL where the disputed material appears whenever possible. This will help us locate and review the content more efficiently.
How We Review Copyright Notices
After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement notice, Sgames may review the information provided and investigate the material identified in the request.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Review the relevant game, page, image, description, or other material.
- Request additional information when needed to evaluate the claim.
- Remove or disable access to disputed material where appropriate.
- Contact the relevant developer, publisher, distributor, hosting provider, or other content provider.
- Forward relevant information from the notice to a third-party provider when the disputed material is provided or controlled by that provider.
Submitting a copyright notice does not automatically result in removal. We may review the information provided and consider relevant ownership, licenses, permissions, third-party arrangements, and applicable legal requirements before taking action.
Third-Party Games and Content
Sgames provides browser games from different developers, publishers, distributors, and gaming platforms.
Some games may be hosted directly on Sgames, while others may be embedded, licensed, distributed, hosted, or otherwise provided through third-party services, including GameDistribution and other game providers.
When a copyright complaint concerns a game or other material provided by a third party, the content may not be directly hosted or controlled by Sgames.
In these situations, we may forward the notice to the relevant provider and/or take reasonable steps available to us, including restricting or removing access to the affected content from Sgames where appropriate.
Copyright ownership of third-party games, characters, artwork, trademarks, logos, and other protected materials remains with their respective rights holders.
Misrepresentation and Bad-Faith Claims
Please make sure that the information contained in your copyright infringement notice is complete and accurate.
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or bad-faith copyright claims.
False or abusive copyright claims may have legal consequences under applicable law.
If you are uncertain whether particular material infringes your copyright or whether its use is legally permitted, you may wish to seek independent legal advice before submitting a notice.
Changes to This Procedure
We may update this Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure from time to time to reflect changes to Sgames, our content practices, third-party services, legal requirements, or the way copyright requests are handled.
